Step 3: Book Your Mardi Gras Extravaganza Event Pass (Optional)

If you have not already done so, book your Mardi Gras Extravaganza Event Pass. Your Event Pass gives full access to all the event spaces, activities such as pool and evening parties, playrooms, dungeon, and curated Mardi Gras and local New Orleans experiences.

Terms & Conditions

Hotel Deposit Schedule:

• Bookings made through Nov 30, 2026: $500.00 deposit
• Bookings made between Dec 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027: $1,000.00 deposit
• Bookings made between Jun 1, 2027 - Oct 31, 2027: $1,500.00 deposit
• Bookings made on an after Nov 1, 2027: Full payment is required

Hotel Cancellation Policy/Fees

• Up to Nov 30, 2026: $125.00 pp
• Dec 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027: $250.00 pp
• Jun 1, 2027 - Oct 31, 2027: $375.00 pp
• On or After Nov 1, 2027: NO REFUND
